IBSAR successfully conducted a three-day workshop from January 27th to 29th, 2025, to enhance employability skills for final-year MBA, BBA, and BCA students. This event aimed to equip students with essential skills for navigating the corporate world.

Held from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the workshop included engaging sessions such as Emerging Trends in Job Market, Organizational Behaviour, Tackling Apptitude Test, Resume Building, Comprehending Financial Statements, Extempore, HR Covas, Corporate Communication & Presentation Skills, Group Discussions & session and Mock Interviews.

All the sessions were effectively conducted with valuable feedback from our highly dedicated faculty members.

Thanks to our Executive Director Prof. Meenakshi Monga Gour for her presence and valuable insights on organizational behaviour.

Prof. M. Batra, Campus Director, inaugurated and concluded the sessions and was constantly available for all the three days and continuously provided inputs ensuring everyone felt inspired for their careers.

Thanks to Dr. Fatima Shaikh, Convenor of the workshop, for ensuring smooth & efficient conduct of the workshop with great contribution from all the faculty members.

Special thanks to 1st year student volunteers Ashish, Khushi, Ayush (BSC CA), and Atharva (BSC BA) for effectively providing backend support during all three days.
